🛑 Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

💸 Refund Policy

• If you successfully cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

Note: No refunds will be issued for used products, under any circumstances.

🔁 Exchange Polic

We offer a 7-day exchange policy under the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Exchanges are applicable only if the product received is:
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect product sent
  • Manufacturing defect (to be verified)
